These thick blocky end grain boards are a robust Dual Use boards are built to be used and last for years and years of enjoyment. Built for serious kitchen use, this unique end grain cutting board is durable, knife-friendly, and beautifully crafted. The end grain construction helps preserve blade edges while providing a resilient, long-lasting surface. 

 They all come stock with a clean crisp chamfered edging, side handles and a juice grove on one side. Known for its lasting strength and durability, Walnut and Maple have long been the traditional woods used for cutting boards and butcher's blocks. We use sustainably harvested (certified FSC) premium-grade maple for these beautiful blonde colored end grain cutting boards.

 Prior to shipping, each end grain butcher block is sanded smooth, given a soak in our pharmacy grade mineral oil, allowed to dry overnight, and then buffed with our own food safe Board-NV Butter.
