 These strong edge grain wood cutting boards are a more affordable, low maintenance Dual Use board that again is built to be used and last for years and years of enjoyment. 

 They all come stock with smooth edges and handy side handles and a juice groove. Known for its lasting strength and durability, Maple, Walnut and Cherry have long been the traditional woods used for wood cutting boards and butcher's blocks. We use sustainably harvested (certified FSC) premium-grade maple for these beautiful blonde colored end grain cutting boards.

 Prior to shipping, each edge grain wood cutting board is sanded smooth, given a soak in our pharmacy grade mineral oil, allowed to dry overnight, and then buffed with Board-NV Butter.

Average weights of each edge grain butcher block/cutting board are:

12 X 14 X 1.5, 4-6 lbs.
14 X 18 X 1.5, 8-10 lbs.
14 X 22 X 1.5, 10-12 lbs.
